This hotel is a great value for the price paid. The rooms are cozy and have all the basic amenities, including a refrigerator. The staff is friendly and provides fast assistance. Additionally, the location is very convenient, being within walking distance of the city center and the night market.

It is clean, The staff are friendly and helpful, the television was up-to- date. Simple and cozy.

I am really amazed that there was no telephone in the hotel room which makes it hard for us to call the operator. There is no aircon along the pathway to the room and also Booked.net asked if we wanted a smoking room, we said yes and the building was a non smoking building.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions such as Samila beach and plenty of good restaurants. the shopping area is also close by. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with good bathroom facilities. the friendly staff provides an efficient service and can speak good English.

The hotel does not offer free beverages such as coffee and tea, and there are no cups or glasses provided in the rooms.

Not good more than one day....all the credit suddenly use-up and room card cannot be use after one day even book the hotel for 2 days. Need to go down to reception for complaint...I.e bathroom mat not avail after room cleaning due to no direct phone available. Staff at the counter have very poor english command.

1. aircon timing should be fixed at check out time instead of cut off in the middle of the night or informed customers earlier in the day, as not to disturbed customers during sleeping time wondering of the cut off.

The hotel has great amenities. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly. They offer fast check-in and check-out. The location is excellent, close to shopping centers and restaurants. the wifi signal and speed is very dependable.

The room was poorly equipped; there were no tissue papers, water and cups on the table, which was a letdown.
